Dave Edwards is Director of Donohoe Real Estate Services' facilities
management department. His responsibilities include performing due diligence
and property assessments, creating facilities programs to accomplish owners/users
goals, conducting monthly management inspections of the mechanical and physical
plant, and serving as owner's agent, project manager for construction and
rehabilitation projects.
Dave is a member of the International Association of Corporate
Real Estate Executives, the International Facilities Management Association,
the American Management Association (AMA) and the Building Owners and Managers
Association.

CHARLOTTE
A. SEALE
Associate Director
Donohoe Hotel Brokerage
Charlotte A. Seale is an Associate Director
with the Donohoe Hotel Brokerage. Ms. Seale has
a diverse background that spans more than 28 years, her focus has been on
commercial real estate and commercial banking areas, and specializing in hotel
real estate since 1999.
Prior to joining Donohoe as associate
broker, Ms. Seale was an independent real estate broker specializing in commercial
sales and financing for the hospitality industry since 1994. Ms. Seale formerly
served in senior level positions in commercial lending with various commercial
banks in Northern Virginia such as The Business Bank, United FSB and Central
Fidelity Bank.
Ms. Seale's commercial banking experience
encompasses all aspects of commercial lending including SBA financing, loan
workouts for "special assets" and REO dispositions. Her experience
with Institutional Investors, REIT's and hotel owners allows her to work effectively
with our clients providing them with personal attention and the market research
necessary to evaluate their hospitality assets.
Ms. Seale attended Cornell University's
School of Hotel Administration with emphasis on Hotel Investment and Real
Estate Development.

W. MOYER
Director
Hotel Brokerage
Bill Moyer is the Director of Donohoe Hotel Brokerage. He brings
15 years of experience and activity as a commercial real estate broker dedicated
exclusively to hotel brokerage. Over the past 15 years Bill has successfully
concluded over $700M in hotel sales for his clients.
Bill's prior experience was in hotel sales and management
with companies such as Westin Hotels, the Ritz Carlton Company, Sheraton and
others. Bill has maintained and cultivated extensive contacts with a wide
range of operating companies. With his breadth of experience, Bill brings
his industry knowledge to help pinpoint operating and marketing opportunities
for hotel buyers and sellers to better position hotel real estate for sale
or purchase.

O'CONNELL

Mr. O'Connell has been with Donohoe Real Estate Services for
less than a year, but brings with him sixteen years of experience in commercial
real estate. Matt's primary expertise is in landlord and tenant representation
within Maryland and Washington, DC. In the past eight years Matt has averaged
35 transactions totaling 130,000 square feet with an average aggregate value
of $16 million per year. In addition to his leasing experience, Matt has 8
years of experience in commercial property management.

Jean McHugh has been with Donohoe Real Estate Services for four
years. Her responsibilities are landlord representation, investment sales
for users and investors. Jean specializes in representing commercial tenants
that are looking for office and flex space. She is a licensed real estate
agent in Maryland and Virginia.

Chuck Matincheck is Senior Vice President of Donohoe Real Estate Services.
In this capacity, he directs the entire Virginia operations of the company
and its professional and field staff. These responsibilities include overseeing
the leasing up of 2M square feet as well as all tenant representation assignments.
With over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate business,
Chuck has a broad range of real estate transaction and asset management skills.
He has extensive experience leasing a wide variety of portfolios and assets
for various institutional clients.

Mr. Labarraque has over 21 years experience in
commercial real estate including landlord representation for area owners and
institutional clients and working on behalf of tenants. Prior to becoming
a Vice President for Donohoe Real Estate Services Mr. Labarraque worked as
an Executive Director for GVA Advantis’ Washington DC office, prior
to that Mr. Labarraque worked for 12 years as a Senior Vice President for
the Trammell Crow Company. Prior to his years with Trammell Crow he worked
for 5 years as Vice President for the Carey Winston Company.

Tom Long has twenty-two years experience in commercial real
estate, brokerage, leasing, management and development. Tom's primary expertise
is in representing both landlords and tenants of office, R&D and industrial
space. Tom has handled lease transactions totaling over $750M in the course
of his career.
Tom has successfully concluded some of the area's largest
lease transactions representing tenants for build-to-suit, equity and joint
venture deal structures. Tom also has extensive experience representing private
and institutional landlords in the sale and leasing of office and industrial
property. Firms that Tom has completed transactions with include: TRW, Lockheed
Martin, Verizon, Logicon, Nextel, Corporate Express, BMG and Adminstaff.

Jean Keogh joined Donohoe Real Estate Services in 1998. Jean's
primary expertise is in representing both Landlords and Tenants. Jean has
been involved in lease transactions ranging from 1,000 to more than 99,000
square feet. In addtion to Jean's leasing activities she has represented both
users and investors in investment sales transactons.
Jean is a licensed salesperson in Maryland, DC and Virginia.
She is currently in the process of becoming a memeber of the Maryland Chapter
of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Jean is a fifth generation Washingtonian and received her Bachelor
of Arts in Public Relations from Marquette University.

John Lench has twenty-six years of commercial leasing experience
in the Washington, DC, Houston, Texas and New York City markets. During his
career he has been responsible for leasing space in a portfolio exceeding
5M square feet and has represented such prominent international and local
developers as: TIAA/CREF, Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Society, The U.S.
West Pension Fund, The Farr Companies, The Bernstein Companies and Merritt
Properties LLC. His specialization is representing institutional and private
owners in leasing commercial properties in the Northern Virginia area. John
has consummated over $300M of leasing and sales transactions in his career.
John is a licensed real estate salesperson in the District
of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and New York. John's professional affiliations
include membership in the Urban Land Institute, International Facility Management
Association, CORENET Global, GWCAR, NAIOP and is a member of CORFAC International.

Don is an Associate Vice President at Donohoe Real Estate Services
and is active in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia office. As a landlord's
representative, Don actively leases several buildings on behalf of local and
national associations, institutions and investors. As a tenant representative,
Don has completed lease transactions for national and regional firms including,
Golden Rule Insurance Company, GE Capital, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Sport &
Health. He has extensive additional tenant representation experience with
numerous local clients.
In addition to his leasing expertise, Don offers commercial
property financing, financial and feasibility analysis and due diligence skills
to his clients. He has extensive experience in property valuations and financial
modeling, having worked at First National Bank of Maryland and Grubb &
Ellis Real Estate prior to his association with Donohoe Real Estate Services.

Bryan Gray has eight years of commercial leasing and management
experience. He has been with Donohoe Real Estate Services for 4 years. Bryan
began his real estate career as a commercial property manager for Grubb and
Ellis. His responsibilities with Donohoe include landlord and tenant representation.
He has recently represented landlords such as Teachers Insurance
and Annuity Association (TIAA-CREF), Lord Baltimore Properties, The Air Force
Association and Justice Federal Credit Union. Some of his tenant representation
clients include Winston Foods, Catering by Windows and Universal Title.

Tim Gallagher, is responsible for the commercial real estate
division which provides brokerage, management, sales and refinancing services
for the Washington Metropolitan Area.
The division currently manages over 6.0M square feet with revenue
responsibilities of approximately $84M. In addition, the brokerage and sales
areas completed over $170M in transactions in 2001.
Over the past ten years Tim has been awarded the Million
Dollar Leasing Award from The Greater Washington Commercial Association of
Realtors on eight separate occasions. He also has received the Commercial
Sales Award.

Dean Drewyer has been active in commercial real estate brokerage
for the past 16 years. He has been responsible for leasing over 2M square
feet of office and industrial space. Over the past 5 years Dean has closed
85 - 100 lease transactions and leased 300,000 square feet per year.
Dean also has extensive experience managing industrial properties.
He is responsible for all facets of property management including, budget
preparation, expense controls, supervision of subcontractors, tenant retention
programs, monitoring and follow-up on service requests.

Bert Donohoe is responsible for overseeing brokerage and leasing
services in the Washington, DC market and has represented a diverse group
of landlords and tenants in hundreds of lease transactions over the past nineteen
years.
As a landlord representative, he has provided leasing and brokerage
services to pension funds, banks, associations, S-corporations, non-profits
and individual investors. Significant landlord transactions include leases
with Fannie Mae, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Fox Television,
Microsoft Corporation, U.S. Mint, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and several
major GSA transactions.
As a tenant broker he has represented a wide variety of
tenants including finance, legal and professional associations, accountants,
and embassies. Significant tenant transactions include The Segal Company,
Thomas Havey & Co., GE Capital Real Estate, Valve Manufacturers Association,
Quintiles, Inc. and Sport & Health.

Brian Coakley has twenty-five years experience in commercial
real estate consulting, development, brokerage, disposition and acquisition.
His brokerage experience includes office, industrial, R&D, retail as well
as hotels.
Brian is active in the representation of tenants in D.C.,
Maryland and Northern Virginia. He has a long list of satisfied clients including
US Office Products, Kiplinger, OAO Corporation, Sun Trust and Verizon. He
has also been involved in build-to-suit and pre-lease campaigns for several
large projects in suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
