Washington, DC, Jan., 2012 During the 3rd Quarter, Donohoe/Corfac International, represented two tenant clients in their corporate office relocation. Calibre CPA Group, PLLC will move their regional headquarters to the 10th floor of 7501 Wisconsin Avenue from International Square in the District of Columbia. In the second transaction, the law firm of Paradiso, Taub, Sinay & Owel, PLLC, will relocate to the top floor of 7910 Woodmont Avenue. The two transactions totaled more than 20,000 square feet and occurred in downtown Bethesda.
