Donohoe/Corfac International signs 2 deals at One Massachusetts Avenue, totaling 39,000 square feet. Eagle Publishing renewed and McLeod, Watkinson & Miller renewed and expanded their space. Bert Donohoe and Don Konz represented the Landlord, the National Guard Association of the united States.

New Tenant at Bonifant Building signed. The Bonifant Building in Silver Spring, Maryland has a new tenant CRP, Inc. just signed a five year and 3 month lease for 5,991 square feet. Dean Drewyer and Matt O'Connell of Donohoe/Corfac International represented the Landord in this transaction.
